This sculpture, celebrates birth, growth. It is a surge of life, coming from the earth, which rises and takes shape, between Man and Tree.
This piece of solid beech was carved and then charred.
Its verticality and the great sobriety of its lines make it a timeless piece, emanating from the depths of our memories, as well as a promise of the future. It is a strong message of life and of faith in life.
Its presence and its history are found in… this raw material, scarified and soft to the touch. A sculpture that catches the light particularly well, and that the hand likes to caress!
It is presented on a simple raw metal base of 20 x 20 cm, held by leather lace.
