About this artwork
In dieser Arbeit aus meiner Serie „Abstract Photography“ lasse ich Luftperlen in einem flüssigen Medium zeichnen. Aus mikroskopischen Ereignissen entsteht eine Strömung mit deutlicher Richtung: In der Mitte verdichtet sie sich zu einem pulsierenden Band, zu den Rändern hin franst sie aus, wird leiser, beinahe zu einem Hauch. Die Reduktion auf Licht und Schatten macht aus Blasen Linien, aus Zufall Rhythmus—zwischen Partitur und Kartografie.
Mich… interessiert dieser Übergang, in dem Materie zu Schrift wird und Bewegung Bedeutung annimmt. Der Titel ist bewusst metaphorisch gewählt: Er öffnet den Blick ins Innere, wo Gedanken wie Wasser fließen — sich sammeln, verzweigen, verflüchtigen. So wird das Bild zur Einladung, der eigenen Strömung für einen Moment zu folgen: träumend, sinnend, ins Offene ...
