I was born in Bad Muskau in 1979 and have been intensively involved with fine art photography since 2014. From 2015 onwards, I worked exclusively with analog cameras, and since 2020 I have combined analog and digital photography, primarily using medium format. My more than 20 years of professional experience in emergency medical services continue to shape my perception and photographic vision. The focus of my work is on landscape, light, tranquility, and atmosphere. My aim is not simply to document places, but to show how I perceive and experience them. My work has received international awards, including at the Monochrome Photography Awards and Fine Art Photography Awards. My work is held in the private collections of the Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich and the Hotel Schneider in Obertauern. For me, landscape is more than just landscape – it is a way to make personal experiences and emotions visible.
