About this artwork
This is the second of two paintings that I have done of skiffs located at Wells Harbor in Maine. The view is from a pier looking down at the tops of the boats and the floating dock. The serene stillness of the boats tied to the dock captures a peaceful pause in time, inviting calm and reflection. I wanted this piece to bring a soothing, contemplative energy into any home, reminding viewers to appreciate simple moments of rest and harmony amid life's…
