About this artwork
An image of a free geode, made of chipboard that has been primed and sealed, and decorated with several layers of high-viscosity casting resin, so that the separation of the ring pattern can be reproduced authentically.
This work sprouts with preciousness, beauty, shine, glitter and everything that signals value and elegance. Thick glitter lines alternate golden pigmented resin rings and selected marker lines.
Many glass stones collect in the… center and are refined in the interior of the geode by real crystal points.
Heavy-duty hooks are included to attach the heavy and valuable work to the wall in the best possible way.
« I see my painting process as healing my own soul through the liberation from convention and limitation. The end product heals and releases other souls. »
