In Glimmers, charcoal and acrylic paint depict the figure; it is there, but it is not revealed. A dark block denies the face while light bursts from behind like a truth impossible to contain. The glimmers do not illuminate: they erupt, tear, and insist.
It's the tension between who we are and what we hide. Between the identity we construct and the one that burns to emerge. Here, darkness isn't absence, it's containment. And light, a force that sooner… or later, pierces everything.
