This drawing explores a more ephemeral dimension of organic matter, moving away from the down-to-earth density of roots and bark towards something lighter and less fixed.
Instead of constructing form through weight and layering, the work reveals itself through gesture, rhythm, and absence. Fine, undulating lines and subtle shifts in tone suggest a presence that tends toward disappearance, a structure that constantly relaxes, disperses, or recomposes… itself.
Each stroke expresses an inner movement, a constantly changing energy. I wanted to capture the ephemeral, this dance between chaos and harmony, so that the work would breathe a living and mysterious presence into your space, full of depth and poetry.
