The drawing is born from friction, from an encounter between light and matter.
Here, the dark traces accumulate, mingle, and slowly dissipate like breathing.
The light areas seem to open up in the density of the graphite, like bursts of breath in the middle of a moving mass.
I seek to approach this fragile moment when form is formed, when nothing is yet defined.
The gesture oscillates between control and abandonment: each stroke retains the… memory of a movement, a hesitation, an energy.
What interests me is not the figure, but the passage—the vibration between presence and erasure.
