This geometric piece is connected to reality because the shadows projected by branches with lichens appear on its surface, turning the piece into a work that reflects the surrounding nature.
Pure, geometric shapes contrast with the organic plant forms projected on the surface of this work.… Both forms exist in nature and merge on numerous occasions, being very common in our domestic environment but we are usually not aware of their beauty unless they are out of context, as in this case.
This piece makes us reflect on the beauty of the mineral world, the plant world and the world of shadows, connecting us with nature.
