This geometric piece is connected to reality because the shadows projected by tree branches appear on its surface, making it a work that reflects the surrounding nature.
The pure, geometric forms contrast with the organic plant shapes projected onto the surface of this work. Both forms exist in nature and merge frequently. They are very common… in our homes, but we are often unaware of their beauty unless they are out of context, as in this case.
This piece makes us reflect on the beauty of the mineral world, the plant world, and the world of shadows, connecting us with nature.
This work is framed on a wooden board with a matte white finish and measures 120 x 87 cm.

Pin Vega is an award-winning painter, sculptor and photographer whose works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in the United States, Germany, Portugal, Belgium as well as in his native Spain. Pin Vega makes and carves the supports and frames for his own paintings. He also makes his own paints by agglutinating top-quality pigments with water or different types of resins and incorporates mineral elements and scaled figures to oversize his work and make us, the viewers, feel like we are contemplating it like a God contemplating his creation from above.
