About this artwork
I used to be a diver, but due to medical restrictions, I can only snorkel. Experience and routine have taught me to be (at home and) calm in the water. A large, calm, colorful lump in the water makes dolphins very curious; and when it then playfully moves and interacts with them, then you're a (play) partner. The dolphins then love to glide through outstretched, open hands; they obviously want to be stroked (and rid themselves of their parasites).…
It's similar with whale sharks. That's why they call me the Whale Whisperer. :-) It's pure joy for all of us.
