About this artwork
My oil painting technique here prioritizes spontaneous movement.
Each flower is an accumulation of matter, a vibration of color applied with knife and brush to capture the essence of a wild bloom.
For me, this painting is not simply a botanical study, but a sculpture of light where the eye is invited to travel from bottom to top.
