About this artwork
In this 70x50 cm oil on canvas, I wanted to explore the tension between the calm of the water and the chromatic fury of a late afternoon sky.
This work is an immersion in the invisible, where reality tips into dreams.
For me, this boat is not just an object; it is a symbol of resilience sailing in a universe of pure colors.
Through this interplay of impasto and stark contrasts between cool blues and fiery reds,
I seek to evoke a sensory resonance… in the viewer, inviting them to feel the breath of the wind and the thick silence of twilight.
