About this artwork
Night Flute was born from the desire to represent a moment of silence that speaks, of music that doesn't entertain but accompanies. In this nocturnal scene, the sound of the flute becomes the breath of nature, a subtle vibration that gracefully pierces the darkness. The flutist's face is the face of the soul: universal, collected, in silent dialogue with the moon and nature.
The dress's circular motifs evoke the invisible frequencies generated by… music, like waves that ripple through the air and touch the unseen. The colors—green, blue, turquoise—speak of harmony, introspection, and connection.
I paint to seek balance, and Night Flute is just that: an attempt to harmonize the visible and the invisible, gesture and intention, sound and silence. It's an invitation to slow down, to perceive, to be touched by the subtle beauty of things that can't be explained, but can be felt.
