About this artwork
This painting is called Instrumental as it features 11 different musical "instruments" (whistles, rattles, etc.) from so called "primitive" cultures. This is a categorization I do not necessarily agree with! All cultures like to make art and music and that is dependent on cultural traditions and materials available.
