This solid ash sculpture was carved in the mass.
Its textured surface takes up the themes dear to the artist, wear and the passage of time, timelessness. These almost tribal scarifications offer a surface that catches the light.
Whether in the light of the sun, or in the evening thanks to the lighting of the room, the graphics cast their shadows on the surrounding surfaces, reinforcing… the presence of a light and airy piece.
