"Les Beautés du Monde".

A collection dedicated to beauty, particularly faces, portraits and an ode to woman - Titles and texts by Raphaël Zacharie de IZARRA.

"Détournements".

Reinterpretation of works from art history. 1995 project: "Face, Body and Souls". At the beginning the body of the Woman appears, well insured in its camber, emerging from a background of reddish night. The flesh is taut, shiny and full like a grape: the painter's gesture seems to join the archaic rituals of fertility. A harsh light underlines the force which works from below the flesh, this push which will unbridle the lines in the following tables. Like any true artist, Aldéhy exercises his demiurge power. As such, he placed in his feminine world the antagonistic and complementary principles of Desire and Death, Eros and Thanatos. Far from the fashions which have applied to disembody painting, the painter has chosen to offer to the gaze the plasticity that is both wishing and threatening of naked bodies.

"Le Germe Divin"

Collection based on the story of Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel. Project 2007: "THE DIVINE SEED". The subject is as old as the world, vast as the sky and the earth, abysmal, dark, tragic and agitated like the oceans, mysterious, serene and solemn - even ecstatic -, as well as the starry vault, all this at the same time since it is about the intimate universe that rumbles in the heart of man, when it does not murmur to make room for a song, a prayer, a child's laughter... Aldéhy paints the whole of humanity. Better: he tells the story of each one of us. Adam and Eve, it is you, it is me, it is the other. His paintings are our mirrors: they affirm our human condition, from birth to death. Along the water, omnipresent in the paintings, the quest for the original couple has no end. Step by step, sometimes radiant, sometimes meditative, Adam and Eve open the way for their descendants. Titles and texts by the poet and writer Raphaël Zacharie de IZARRA.

Projet "Quis Nam Es"

2001 the odyssey of the species. One day in spring 1998, a whole class of middle school students was thus projected into an unknown dimension of hyper Space-Time. While attending a drawing lesson given by Aldéhy, their art teacher, all these young people, twenty-five in total, suddenly felt a strange sensation: as in a poem by Prévert, the windows became sand again, the walls have become stones again, paper has become trees ... and everyone suddenly finds themselves surrounded by mythical figures from another age, both distant and bizarrely familiar.

Under Aldehy's burning brush, the characters have glowing flesh. And in the theater they play against a backdrop of celebration and pomp, they wear no mask: they offer us the raw, red and vivid colors of their turgid fruits in full action. In this storm of shamelessness, lukewarmness, veiled views, metaphors no longer have their place. But at Aldéhy the sexes are flowers. Nothing but poems of fire, candy apples, sprays of life and wines of joy. And there are all flavors, various flavors, for all appetites. Enough to feverish the most cautious bodies but also to redden the sky that created them. Impious as they seem at first glance, his erotic works actually fit into the larger context of the glorification of Creation. Le Creusot, Pacifique sud : Interférence - Installation "In situ".

A hole in space-time, gateway between two worlds, between two times. Through the magic of Aldéhy's brush, LE CREUSOT in 20,000 years, seen through the eyes of the Canaques. Two and a half years of work - 90 square meters of paintings - sound support The idea is superb. Using the structure of the old chapel of the Château de la Verrerie, Aldéhy imagined an unlikely encounter. These Canaques which he knew in the Pacific, he painted them, visiting Le Creusot, throughout the seasons. Astonishing this look that our visitors have on a strange city. A parallel world is revealed, a mixture of Pacific islands and Burgundy terroir. A magical dome, the outer canvases connect us to the islands of the South Pacific, under the piercing gaze of the natives, surprised at the bend of a mirror. « The love of color and the pleasure of transporting visitors. »
Aldéhy is an award-winning painter and draftsman based in France whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Port Villa, the United States, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, and England. His thematic and narrative compositions tell stories like comic strips, narrating a beginning and an end. Aldéhy's diverse compositions are created using acrylics, oils, pastels, charcoal, and India ink on paper, canvas, wood, or synthetic board.
