Sidus Internum explores the "internal star"—the radiant spark of creative force that lives within each of us. This piece envisions a botanical bloom as a celestial event, suggesting that our capacity to create is as vast and powerful as a forming nebula. It is a celebratory reminder that we do not just observe the universe; we carry its generative energy within our own hearts, turning inner vision into outward beauty.
I begin with intuitive watercolor… washes to define a soft, emotional atmosphere. I then layer rhythmic linework and paint to define the form, adding my signature celestial motifs. Subtle gold accents are placed at the heart of the bloom, acting as a visual anchor for that creative spark which catches the light as your perspective shifts.
Coated with UV resistant spray varnish
