On a clear evening in late autumn, I climbed the Kleine Salve, one of my most familiar mountains.
The day drew to a close, and with every step, the light gave way to an intense golden glow. The sun slowly sank behind the peaks, bathing the landscape in deep, warm tones and causing the mists in the valleys to dance like living veils.
At that moment time seemed to stand still.
The sunset transformed the mountains into a succession of soft shadows… and luminous contours – a quiet, powerful spectacle of nature that I captured with my camera, but also with all my senses.
This panorama invites you to experience the moment of silence, transition and vastness – a reminder of how transient and at the same time infinitely beautiful the world can be in the light of farewell.
My work often arises in precisely such moments: when the world pauses and reveals its deepest truth in light and shadow.
