About this artwork
In this work I deal with the process of renewal – not as something external, but as something that arises from within.
The sculpture depicts a dog-like figure emerging from an anatomical heart. For me, it symbolizes the moment when the soul is reshaped by its experiences. The heart is not merely an organ, but the origin of emotion, memory, and inner truth. From this very center, something new arises.
The cracks in the surface are deliberately… left visible. They do not represent destruction, but change. They show the paths through which transformation becomes possible in the first place. What was broken is not hidden, but becomes part of a new form.
The animal embodies instinct, loyalty, and a primal purity. It evokes a deeper, unadulterated level of being – beyond control and construction.
