About this artwork

made of black paint and deep black pigments forms, as it were, an almost velvety-looking stage for the white, impasto-painted flowers, which were created from very courageous, impulsive brushstrokes, which thanks to their perfect craftsmanship of years of painting without any aids. « There is something special about beautiful art, it makes our hearts so light and bold. »
I was born in France and developed an early interest in languages, art, and literature. I studied in Toulouse and Rennes, and today I live and work in southern Germany.
My paintings depict the diverse forms of waves and clouds under different wind and weather conditions, their constantly changing color nuances, but also the delicate elegance of blossoms and the simultaneously lush and fragile growth of nature.
In my work, I am interested in capturing the beauty of the moment, exploring the essence of life and nature, humanity, and the emotions that stir within us through painting. Zest for life, freedom, joy, stillness, wildness, tenderness, reverie, hope...
The reverie and hope that a work of art can radiate allows us to escape the everyday for a moment and discover new perspectives.
