About this artwork
Once leaves have fallen, trees seem to dance in the wind, lightly touching each other as they twirl and swirl together in glorious harmony. I was inspired by the beautiful movements of a Hawthorne and a Weeping Willow that we had in the yard at our previous house. The Hawthorne is on the left, the Willow is on the right.
When you go for a walk next time, stop and watch the trees (in a safe spot) as they dance to Nature's music and whatever is on… your playlist. It's a good way to be in the present moment without distractions!
This piece is oil on a cradled wood panel, painted on the sides with a wire hanger so it is ready to display. It is signed on the front and back.
