A eucalyptus tree half destroyed by the bushfire in Australia.
Fire destroys the ephemeral, but nature has the power to preserve, to create again. New life grows out of the supposedly dead: we see umbels of flowers.
And time and change will soon transform them into fruit. New life is sleeping in their seeds - the next change.
