About this artwork
Peacock beauty in nuanced black and grey tones. A fascinating gem that also impresses with its composition.
A simple structure, a strong contrast: horizontal, vertical, right and left. A peacock lies in the foreground of the picture as a resting element in the horizontal. It looks to the right.
On top of it is an animal doing cartwheels, seen slightly from the side. It is facing left.
A gust of wind from the right gently envelops him in his own… magnificent feathers.
This graphical implementation makes you forget the knowledge of blue-green, golden eyes, because each feather is designed differently, strives, shines and yet they come together to form an impressive, moving wheel.
