About this artwork
The work "District 24/3" is the third in the so-called "Districts" series and depicts a section of a fictional industrial port from a bird's eye or drone perspective. In contrast to the blue-gray factory and street lines are geometrically demarcated indigo-blue water surfaces that reflect the incoming sunlight. Harbor cranes glowing in red tones and clusters of freight containers provide an additional contrast. The industrial theme is expanded here…
to include a port situation.
