Approximately 1800 bolts and 220 iron pins were used to create Brutal_FM
Work entirely in welded iron.
Dimensions: 60cm x 40cm x120h
The spirit has become a warrior and has put on armor as hard as sacrifice, as hard as pain, as hard as the resistance that cradles hope.
The sculpture, made entirely of iron with bolts and square-section bars, is inspired by a 2019 work, "Ficomickey".
This work, created with Sandro Farina, represents a boundary… crossed for my production.
I learned new techniques and new processes, I followed and gave advice, I marked my own path by following a different one.

Within this process the artist's language takes shape, an essential visual system in which the sign, reiterated and transformed, generates ever new configurations.
The images thus emerge as fields of relation, where figure and abstraction remain in constant dialogue.
