About this artwork
This image is, as always, my exploration of current societal developments. It is impossible now not to be aware that the simplistic binary categorisation of gender has been revealed to be wholly inadequate. The suffering that of those individuals who don't conform (or haven't conformed) to previous sexual stereotypes I can only imagine.
