“TWO PLANES OF GLASS, PARALLEL AND CONCAVE”
This work comes from the automotive industry.
The two transparent planes, parallel and concave, rise vertically. They are 6 cm apart from each other.
This space and the shape of the volumes reveal the superposition of shades of green.
These are tempered glasses, from the automobile industry, tinted green in the mass, and produced using the “Float” process.
The curvature of the glass surfaces is… obtained by annealing the translucent material.
Between the two translucent blades, the artist poured two banks of calcine saturated with casting resin, tinted in the mass, one in the lower part in purple and the other, higher up in emerald color.
On the surface of these broken glass, six high-power LED lamps sparkle through the tinted beams.
