About this artwork
The work reflects a sense of inner conflict that I myself have experienced as an entrepreneur.
The colorful, clearly defined shapes represent order, planning, and the attempt to control complexity. These are themes I had to deal with simultaneously.
The painterly overlays show the opposite: dynamism, friction, the unpredictable.
At the center is a doubled canvas – a deliberately placed element.
It represents the attempt to increase control… and create stability.
But this very intervention is painted over, broken through, exceeded.
For me, this work marks a turning point – the realization that it is not possible to keep several themes at the same level simultaneously – like juggling.
Control was only restored through the conscious relinquishment of responsibility.
Not having everything under one's control became the actual form of control.

I am interested in the space before the answer.
Where contradictory poles exist simultaneously and where questions arise.
Questions have always been a path of discovery and a source of strength for me.
Perhaps we don't always need to know immediately which side is the right one.
Perhaps it is precisely this space of possibility that I want to bring into our lives with my pictures.
