About this artwork
The Moon I created is a mirror of my gaze: I look at it closely and make it tactile. I wanted it not to be just an image, but an object that breathes light and shadow, so I worked with plastic effects that capture reflections, thickness, and the slow flow of the material. The glossy surface amplifies the chiaroscuro, the "wrinkles" of the material recreate craters and layers, and the result is a presence that seems suspended between beauty and fragility.
