"Shimmering Field" was created in a tension between control and letting go. I work with liquid acrylic paint, water, and air—not in the traditional sense, but as driving forces that shape the pictorial process. The hairdryer serves me not as an aid, but as an intuitive tool for directing paint, lifting it, discarding it, or allowing it to emerge anew.
What appears on the canvas is not a concrete landscape, but an inner space. Lines appear like… energetic traces—fleeting yet interwoven. Color fields shimmer, recede, and intersect, as if thoughts or states become visible for a moment. The image is open, permeable, and ambiguous—and therein lies its tranquility.
"Shimmering Field" unfolds its effect quietly but sustainably. The work brings a subtle tension to the room—it shimmers without dazzling, creating an atmosphere of attention.
