Oki Hoyos is a self-taught painter specializing in watercolor, whose training stems from constant experimentation since childhood. His technique focuses on wet-on-wet painting, with controlled gestural brushstrokes, intense chromatic contrasts, and a poetic formal synthesis that moves between abstraction and landscape. His works seek to capture emotional atmospheres, evoking memories and fleeting moments, inviting the viewer to an intimate and sensory experience.
