About this artwork
Hope's Dawn was inspired by the quiet moment when the first light of day begins to break through the darkness, bringing with it a sense of renewal, possibility and peace. Through layers of expressive colour and thousands of individual marks, the composition guides the eye towards a radiant opening within the forest, where light seems to gather and glow among the trees.
Built using my signature combination of dripped paint, pointillist detail and… expressive mark making, the artwork reveals itself differently depending on how it is viewed. From a distance, the scene feels atmospheric and immersive, while closer inspection uncovers intricate layers of colour, texture and movement. Golden highlights, luminous greens and subtle touches of violet work together to create a landscape filled with warmth and light.
Due to its size this artwork ships rolled in a tube. This is much safer for the artwork in transit. Singulart can arrange to stretch the artwork and frame to hang.
