About this artwork
Landscape in Ramsau am Dachstein (Austria), in August, early morning, view from the balcony of the guesthouse where we are staying for a week.
Bucolic landscape filled with a range of greens throughout.
In the distance, a chain of mountains with their peaks iridescent in the morning by the first pink-orange lights.
I really liked this landscape under my window...
Technical indication of my specific implementation: By pouring the shades of colors:… Undulating meadows split by shadows, sky, mountains, rows of trees, etc... then adjustments with the knife.
The relief (the modeling) of the mountain range in the background of the painting was made in a single flow of bio-organic pouring. That is to say that the relief of these mountains was composed "geologically of itself" by reciprocal organic capillarity between the 2 colored fluids that I poured there, therefore made without a brush.
