About this artwork
In this abstract landscape, a waterscape and a mountain landscape merge seamlessly without clear boundaries. Green, blue, and orange tones dominate, applied in many thin shades. Texture paste, partially mixed with sand, is also used. This unique mixture lends the painting a magical or mystical atmosphere. I painted this picture at the beginning of a new project with clear goals but unknown paths. Hence the title of the painting.
The painting was… exhibited in solo shows in Göttingen and Bad Hersfeld in 2023. The sides of the painting are painted, allowing it to be hung without a frame. The painting is signed on both the front and back and ready to hang. The surface has a protective varnish layer with UV protection. A giclée print of the original, in its original size, is available on canvas with a certificate of authenticity. Prints in other sizes are also available.
