Peter Stahr works as a painter and digital artist, with a background in painting, media art, and web design, having completed his art studies in Braunschweig. He primarily uses acrylics and mixed media, combining pigments, dispersions, earths, and other materials to create multi-layered, profound works that exist between abstraction and figuration.
Peter Stahr's art invites us to pause, delve into the depths of our own memories, and rediscover the emotional power of abstract landscapes. His works are an homage to the interplay of nature and emotion, to transience and permanence—and to the inexhaustible source of inspiration that is the human emotional world. In Stahr's works, reality and imagination merge into a powerful visual language that extends far beyond the visible. His compositions are not mere representations, but vibrant transformations of reality.
