About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to give form to the moon, not as a simple celestial body, but as a living, material creature, pulsating with dream and beauty. I used steel fragments, scraps from mechanical processes, to restore that cold, mesmerizing sheen that has always enchanted me. Each small piece reflects the light like a raw jewel, transforming industrial waste into visual poetry.
The irregular, dense, rough surface invites you to touch and perceive… the material and the illusion of reality. My moon is almost real, a fragment of a dream suspended in the darkness, where metal becomes light and silence becomes emotion.
