At first glance, the form feels almost digital — sculptural, symmetrical, unreal. But under close inspection, every curve and subtle imperfection reveals something living and temporary. The work sits between botanical specimen and apparition, where nature begins to resemble architecture, and softness takes on a geometric order.
Preserved through Botanica Lumen’s original… ultra-high-resolution scannography process, the succulent is transformed into a luminous presence suspended in darkness. The black void removes all context, allowing the viewer to focus entirely on structure, rhythm, and light — the silent mathematics hidden within nature itself.
The title reflects this duality: a “ghost” not in the sense of absence, but of delicate presence — something fleeting, almost untouchable, held still for a moment before time changes it forever.
