About this artwork
The subtly different pair stand together in close connection. The grooved detail on either side further enhances the union between the two parts as they flow into one another. The bronze coloration of the fir wood grain stands out with its warm satin sheen (from the buffed paste wax).
I think this piece contains a sense of mystery and I hope it raises questions regarding duality, perception and psychology.
