Embroidery, Objects on Paper

I found this metal object in the street when on a 'swalkeling' trip in London. I responded by exploring this find out of its original context, rediscovering its form as a poetic essay of lines in space and connecting it to another sphere.
I invite you to reimagine the overlooked and side-lined, with a renewed sense of care. In addition, viewers may make connections with the thread-work and the found object in this abstract work to draw their own… conclusions.
The art work has a thoughtful and understated energy, while at the same time creating a conversation piece about its title for any room it inhabits.
