Faces 17 is a burst of saturated feeling—where identity is not lost, but overwhelmed by intensity. At 90 x 110 cm, this piece uses my hand-painted polygon technique to construct a face that pulses from within, built entirely from sharply faceted planes of red, yellow, green, and blue.
This is new cubism at its most expressive—less about breaking form for analysis, more about translating raw emotion into structure. The face is present, but split across… light and heat, like something burning through color. Every shape holds a charge. Every color collides.
Where other works in the series offer quiet or stillness, Faces 17 is alive and insistent. It radiates urgency, energy, and emotional saturation. The face doesn’t look at you—it glows through you.
This painting asks you to sit inside its chaos and feel its rhythm. Not to solve it, but to absorb it. Faces 17 is a portrait of emotional heat, shaped by geometry, and lit from within.
