A multi-storey car park from the 1970s can be seen with concrete elements on the ceiling, concrete slabs on the floor and geometric elements on the window front. The gaps between these elements allow light to fall dramatically onto the wet floor panels. Scratches and marks from around 50 years can be seen on the floor.… These incidences of light are reflected on the parked car. The painter shows the viewer the interesting structure, the differentiated shades of gray and the beauty of everyday life.
