About this artwork
The portrait of a young girl emerges through fragmented layers of color. A vivid red line crosses her face like a scar. It carries the memory of blood, pain and survival, becoming part of her identity.
Born from a deeply personal experience, this work gradually expanded into a broader reflection on the experiences… that leave lasting marks on people's lives, transforming the way they see themselves and the world. Her face gathers countless human stories into a single presence, inviting each viewer to recognize their own.
The scar preserves the memory of blood, yet it also tells the story of what continues to live. It is the place where a wound becomes memory and continues to shape the present.

« In a time when superficial glances seem incapable of perceiving the nuances of life, I try to synthesize a thousand tensions of my feelings and those of the world. »
In a time that accelerates, simplifies, divides, and flattens, my art offers a space where complexity is value, fragment possibility, and sharing completion. A space where anyone can feel welcomed for who they are.
