This picture was taken while waiting for a rental car at the airport in St. Cruz. The light streamed into the room and changed surfaces and lines. The painter was fascinated by the power of light, which even rounded straight edges. Ulla Kutter perceives her surroundings closely and reproduces this everyday scene in bright oil paints.
