About this artwork
Output 14 belongs to my series "Smear Board". The image is created as a direct response to any given question – quickly, systematically, and seemingly confidently.
Turquoise, green, violet, orange, and light yellows develop a vertical movement. The colors overlap and change, creating an order that seems to follow an inner logic.
I'm interested in the difference between a plausible and a truly correct answer. Clarity and structure can create trust… without guaranteeing truth. In the rapid painting process, changes, corrections, and contradictions remain visible. Output 14 thus becomes a visual answer that appears convincing, but whose reliability remains open to question.
