About this artwork
In this work, strips of brilliant white Laas marble from South Tyrol were joined together to form a single unit using a special, high-strength stone adhesive.
Each element has been carefully positioned by the artist to create voids and use the play of light and shadow, symbolizing the complex nature of the human condition. It stands as a powerful symbol of our individual and collective identities and the spaces we create and inhabit. This artwork… brings a clear, powerful statement to any room, inspiring reflection and recognition of our deepest connections.
If the sculpture is exposed to strong sunlight for a long period of time, the stone adhesive tends to yellow. For this reason, the work is only partially suitable for outdoor use.
The surface of this sculpture is finely sanded and left natural.
