About this artwork
The work “human flow NARVI” consists of many handmade hay men from farmers in the artist’s homeland.
However, due to the technical modernization of hay harvesting, these are rarely used these days and lead a shadowy existence.
None of these hay men are alike; each is individual in size, shape and color, just like us humans.
The individual parts of this sculpture symbolize the three levels in a person's life: body, mind and soul. The interaction… of these three levels makes us who we are. They have a direct effect on each other and on each other and are in constant interaction. If one of these levels is neglected, it always has an impact on the other two. These three levels make us deeply human.
Only when all three levels are in harmony can we lead a fulfilled and happy life.
